Today training was....OK!!...FUN!!!..TIRING!!!...EASY...
Well it started off...OK!!!
Then later it became...FUN!!!
Later physical had to do some exercise..but NO FROG JUMPS!!
So....tiring...
Then warm down...easy lor...
After i talked to pigg and my sis,all the bottle up feelings were
RELEASED!!!
YAY!
Not that im saying some of you guys are not good listeners..butt
ITS A DIFFERENT MATTER!!
Wan Yong,David and Huzair are good listners...
SOOO YOU CAN GO AND BOMBARDED THEM WITH COMPLAINTS!!!
But its a NO-NO for Kah wei....cause....
And...not forgetting sonia and wei lin..they are nice people!!!
